My name is Nikki and I was notorious in my youth for my inability and lack of desire to cook. That all changed when I met my husband. We learned to cook together. We both started as Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans and challenged ourselves to create a menu from opposing teams' cuisines. It has been a fantastically fun culinary adventure.
